Theme of Music Video

When taking into account the subject matter of the song, Deanna and I found that the narrative was clearly dominated by its female persona and was very empowering presenting a level of role reversal. We decided then to take the idea of Kira Kitson being a 'player' wanting boys for only one thing but not knowing how to juggle all the attention she was getting. We wanted the idea of presenting Kira's different boyfriends as different stereotypes of young men: a hunk, a geek and a bohemian. We felt that this humor would appeal to thea target audience.
