"What have you learned from your audience feedback?"
Audience feedback has proved invaluable to the development of our media products. It has been especially useful to receive feedback at halfway stages. We were able to make our draft ancillary tasks and distribute these to peers. The small amount of feedback we received allowed us to understand what areas of the ancillary task were successful and we should definitely keep and what could be improved. We took this into account with the development of the CD covers and back and thoroughly re-evaluated our designs, tweeking aspects.See our audience feedback on the draft ancillary tasks & Our final digi-pack
We were also able to receive audience feedback through the use of Facebook. The social networking site has provided valuable feedback from peers and friends. Although these comments were very sweet and complimentary we found that they weren't very useful in helping to develop our product or identify where we could have improved:
Instead, we decided to take a questionnaire to people first hand, asking the, to answer certain questions that would be helpful to us. It was essential in the beginning to get an idea of what our target audience wanted. See our questionnaire results.
